About This Pathway
The Dual Pathway is designed for students who want experience in both dance education and studio leadership. Students complete Student Teacher training and Leadership & Operations training while developing a broader understanding of how a performing arts organization operates.
Who Can Apply
Students age 11 and older who demonstrate interest and readiness to develop in both teaching and studio operations. Students must be able to meet the requirements of both pathways.
How STEP Works
Students participate in structured training, weekly assignments, supervised practical experience, professional development, feedback, and evaluation. Placement and advancement are based on readiness, performance, professionalism, and program needs.
